Highlights of the One Year Trip so far after 11 months

Here are some of the highlights of the one year so far after 11 months.
1) The wonderful l and beautiful people we met on the way and the wonderfully experiences lived and experienced sharing our joy, warnth, caring , love and friendships with each other especially in the camino of Santiago( 29 days walked), with the people from the Blue Exchange book and The ATC, Hostels etc.

2)Thailland- the beautiful weather(a lot of sun), Thai massages and the food and  thegreat beaches. I sure missed the Thai massages.

3)NEW ZEALAND; Life in the magnificient mountains and the awesome scenery- awersome over and over again and again. The beautiful green scenery everywhere on both South Island and North Island ( 2 full monhts of it)
South Island : less people and many mountains, more isolated and restful areas.
North Island:  more wonderful scenery and more to visit and enjoy in a different way, hotpools areas and the Coromandel Peninsula and Waiheke Island.

4) AUSTRALIA: Beautiful Victoria , Tasmania(Hobart,) Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, the rainforest area (Cairns) and the beautiful people we met and spend time with.

5)Hong Kong:  heights of building and th eamount of people in the city. Very busy people, couble decker buses and trams,

6)Bali- the great number of temples, the beautiful weather but kind of hot, very hot even if it was thier winter.

7)Vietnam: The serenity the people live in spite of what life was like for them to be in a war for many hyears. and how they have rebuild their country.

8)Spain: the wonderful experience of the camino, the wonderful walk of 29 days, time spent in Santiago, Finistere and Madrid

9)INDIA: The expereince of being in huge cities of millions of people ini one city, the traffic, animals in the streets. The voluntering time  at Mother Therea's houses. the experience of povertyin Varanasie, the Gange etc.

OVERALL: The wonderful , awesome meditative feeling throughout the year and people think they have to die to go to Heaven.
CONSIDER THIS: THE MORE LIGHT, LOVE AND CARING YOU SEE IN OTHER HUMAN BEINGS, BY DEFINITION, THE BRIGHTER THE WORLD BECOMES AROUND YOU AND OTHERS. THE MORE YOU GREAT THE LIGHT IN YOU IT OPENS YOUR HEART AND ALLOWS YOU TO SEE BEYOND THE DARKNESS THAT CAN EXIST AROUND US. AND OTHERS.
IT IS ONLY WHEN WE KNOW THERE IS LIGHT THAT SHINES WITHIN EACH OF US, EVEN THOUGH IT MAY BE BADLY DIMMED BY LIFE'S EXPEREINCES, THAT THE CIRCLE OF CONNECTION IS TRULY POSSIBLE CREATING PEACE IN OUS AND IN THE WORLD.
WHEN WE PROJECT OUR LIGHT INTO OTHER BEINGS, WE TAP INTO THE ESSENCE OF CONNECTION.
THIS CONNECTION MELTS THE ICE AROUND PEOPLE
'S HEARTS, ESPECIALLY OUR OWN.

A NOT SO GOOD REASON TO REACH OUT TO OTHERS WHEN IT IS TO "FIX" SOMETHING WITHIN OURSELVES. A GOOD REASON TO REACH OUT TO OTHERS: TO SHARE OUR WARMTH, CARING AND LOVE.
